| Yup you guessed it - its that time again...my devos have been great everyday but this one is once again too good not to pass on. I should share them all - and maybe ill get to that point but the ones that i do put on here are ones that God lays on my heart to share. So i dont know if your needing this encouragement or someones suppose to and needs to read this...either way im just obeyin what Gods told me :o) no worries though - its a great one!

Hebrews 13:5 (the message)
' Dont be obsessed with getting more material things. Be relaxed with what you have. Since God assured us, "Ill never let you down, never walk off and leave you," we can boldly quote, 'God is there, ready to help; Im fearless no matter what. Who or what can get to me?" '
[God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support...[I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down! (NIV)
You are created by a great God for great things. But you will only see the fulfillment of your destiny by placing your confidence in Christ.
Satan works hard attempting to steal your confidence, but you must steadfastly resist him. If you will just remind yourself--and satan--that it is Jesus who gives you confidence, you can overcome the devils evil plan.
Dont let insecurities and past failures steal your confidence. God says He will never leave you nor forsake you, so you must believe it and act on it.
Whatever you may be facing right now, remember God is able even when you are not. He loves you and will show himself strong even through your weakness. So just trust and believe!

When God gives an assignment, he also give the skill. Sutdy your skills, then, to reveal your assignment.
Look at you. Your uncanny ease with numbers. Your quenchless curiosity about chemistry. Others stare at blueprints and yawn; you read them and drool. "i was made to do this", you say.
Our Maker gives assignments to people, "to each according to each one's unique ability." As he calls, He equips. Look back over your life. What have you consistently done well? What have you loved to do? Stand at the intersection of your affections and successes and find your uniqueness.

COOPERATE WITH GODS PLAN

'God has a plan for every person and His Word clearly says it is a good plan. But Satan starts his dirty work early in your life, attempting to pervert and destroy God's good plan. He arranges for all kinds of disappointing, discouraging, hurtful, and frightening events to take place. And often he does a lot of damage.
But no matter how much you have been hurt, God can restore you. If you experience a bad beginning, do not despair. God is in the business of repair, and His repairs are better than new! However, this restoration will not happen automatically. You must believe the Word of God and fully cooperate with Him during the restortion process. Look to Jesus, the One who loves you unconditionally. He is the Author and Finisher of everything in you and your life.'

Hey guys :o) Hope you've all had an amazingly wonderful weekend!! So i have some devos to share w. yall that id read over the weekend but ill type those out laters. I do want to have yall check something out though! My church in Hawai'is website http://www.enewhope.org :o) If you have a chance please go check it out...and not just the site (although it is awesome!!) but todays live message!! Its the one called "Foundations" Divine Decisions by Pastor Wayne. If you have any decisions your trying to make in your life - big or small - and your not sure what to do but want to make the best decision, then you should definitely check this out! Its an awesome message! :o) Hope you enjoy it as much as i did and you have a awesome God filled Sunday!

| Small piece of my devos from today -
It was talking about Grace for the humble and the main verse is James 4:6. The part that really struck me was the last paragraph.
" I finally learned that the proud try to take care of themselves, but the humble lean on God and get the help. If you have tried to make things happen in your own strength you are probably frustrated like i once was. But i encourage you to do what i did-trust in the grace and power of the Holy Spirit...and receive everything you need from Him."
pretty amazing huh? Oh and heres another one from a diff. devo book that blows my mind :o)
Sept 17, The Pot of Prayer
"I will go to the altar of God, to God who is my joy and happiness." Psalm 43:4
'Lets say a stress stirrer comes you way. The doctor decides you need an operation. She detects a lump and thinks its best that you have it removed. So there you are, walking out of her office. You've just been handed this cup of anxiety. What are you going to do with it? You can place it in one of two pots.
You can dump your bad news in the vat of worry and pull out the spoon. Turn on the fire. Stew on it. Stir it. Mope for a while. Brood for a time. Wont be long before you'll have a delightful pot of pessimism.
How about a different idea? The pot of Prayer. Before the door of the doctors office closes, give the problem to God. "I receice your lordship. Nothing comes to me that hasnt already passed through you." In addition, stir in a healthy helping of gratitude.
Your part is prayer and gratitude. Gods part? Peace and Protection!'
Not a whole lot i need to say about that one - it pretty much speaks for itself yah? a couple additional verses popped into my mind while reading this though...one was
Philippians 4:6-7 (the message)
"Dont fret or worry. Instead of worrying, PRAY. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of Gods wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. Its wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life."

John 16:33 (the message)
"Ive told you all this so that trusting me, you will be unshakable and assured, deeply at peace. In this godless world you will continue to experience difficulties. But take heart!! For Ive conquered the world!"

im tired and have lots of work left to do but im in springfield till the 14th so atleast thats good. Life is confusing and chaotic and i miss my baby...i bought her a halloween costumn and everything and i dont even get to see her in it or take her trick-o-treating
